Youth critical informat (ic) to

Il modello What went from a Saviano nonconformity relies on the thought and its dissemination through "the word"
2) It is true that the Internet merely knowledge, but rather. And 'demonstrated that the Internet enhances the ability of reading in its users, encouraging them to move from the virtual paper book;
3) Internet itself as the first antagonist of television: the new generations have the opportunity to completely ignore the medium of television. Young people have a direct and active relationship with information, far removed from the liability imposed by the TV.
Consequences? The appearance on the internet a critical conscience in young people may affect the future of national politics. If the traditional parties fail to detect these movements, transforming itself conceptually, the risk (or hope?) Will be to assist the transition of youth distress from the network to the square, across the board. Tunisia, Albania and Belgium are not so far away.

There is a new generation of critics? There. But it is a reality that we do not have a picture, because it is new in many aspects. A generation that feels different not only from the current mass post-ideological, but also by movements ideology of the '60s and '70s.
The "movements" were extroverted and collettivizzanti. The "young critics of today are introverted and individualizing (not individually, but engaged in a change that starts from themselves). They do not belong to organizations. But many are now (although few realize it). The phenomenon is common throughout Europe. But this hidden edge is surprisingly dense in Italy. Our country sample inertia Mediterranean Braudel described by the political class and the academic, but among young people show an extensive renovation.
Saviano today, yesterday, Che.
Almost immediately, however, we see his impotence. This potential does not flow into atomized into a "critical mass". Lacks not only to unify the movement that formally, but most of the symbols, that is, combining psychological. Inconsistent is the cliché: "Their model is Saviano, as was once the Che." Guevara was married to "all at once, with the action, extroverted and revolutionary. Saviano with the thought that gradually develop an internal coherence. Youth critical admires but can not identify with him. Everyone could learn to shoot. Almost all, however, know that writing strong, "armed", is exceptionally difficult. If he could match Saviano, every young person would become even more alone. The pen (or computer) creates around who writes the "room" described by Pamuk [The case of my father]. The weapons they create (also to hide the guilt that will) "the flock of brothers" [the Band of Brothers, of Henry V of Shakespeare]. With their individual isolation, the young critics are left behind the defense team and the foundations are laid of the sense of inadequacy that tortures them. A substantial proportion of youth not adapted so introverted and at the same time, unaware of their condition by living it as a failure. They choose to be hermits urban, not because insensitive to the world, but because they are too sensitive to the differences that separate him from it.
For simplifications offered by technology and the transfer of many industries in developing countries, loans offered to new generations are few. But this exclusion, economic and social, must be distinguished from a psychological attitude, which in many cases overlaps: the increasing amount of young people appear to be self-excluded. This group of "neither-nor" (in English NEET: Not in Employment, Education or Training; hikikomori in Japan and in the rich part of Asia, where the phenomenon has devastating scale) is alarmed by the growing competitiveness. It is also often overprotected to mothers who are not raising a child to maintain control over the family. Waiver of risk in society, close to the house of parents communicating with the world via the Internet. A specialist in these phenomena, Nadio Delai, spoke of "sinking" of young people. It is wrong to study them only as those who "have a new mental illness." To understand a condition so widespread one needs to question its meaning. It would be almost trivial to say that "fleeing" new difficulties. The problem is: Towards what direction to go looking for? In a historical era that rewarded quality apartment (for example in the Middle Ages), many would become theologians, teachers say. Today young people are delicate but useless often incapable of responsibility, armored in defense mechanisms and avoidance of the world. But is their unusual feeding the exclusion or exclusion which feeds the hypersensitivity? Psychoanalysis and sociology do not have time to conduct detailed studies that the conditions have changed. Often, just who gets the highest marks at the university is not present then, where there are job opportunities. This young man has already returned to his room to read: cried for help, but has accepted only that place, and that condition known.
cultural festivals in Europe.
After the part of young people with "pathological" and dependent on family, move to a more independent.
in Europe have always been the most successful cultural festivals. Game later, Italy has seen them move uninterrupted, despite the recent economic crisis [Guido Guerzoni, Effettofestival 2009] and despite most of its visitors are young people who make great sacrifices to attend. Just this new group of young people read more than previous generations. On a similar theme interpretations are complex. In-depth studies such as those of John Solimine [Italy that reads, 2010], warn easy optimism. Those who already read the law also Moreover, those who do not read, if possible, the law still less. But in principle the current teens read more than thirty-somethings, those most in their forties, and so on [ISTAT, 2009, Family and Society]. Encouraging data, because the studies conducted by the NEA (National Endowment for the Arts) in the United States has long said that reading habits are acquired in their youth and remain relatively stable. Then, once the thirties are in their forties, twenties and thirties, circulate more books (or, with their spread, as eBooks). In 2004, [with Reading at Risk report], the NEA had warned: Internet seemed unaccustomed to read. But in 2009 [with Reading on the Rise] reported a return to reading. Even in Europe, the growth is visible: Italy, starting with reading levels among the lowest, now appears to date back more than others. How can we classify the "consumption" of youth media? CENSIS speaks of "media diets" [Seventh and Eighth Report on Communication, 2008 and 2009], which breaks down like so:
1) visual only (mainly television);
2) audiovisual most print media (books and periodicals);
3) audio-visual, print and Internet;
4) audiovisual, Internet but surrender to read printed. This last category is small and newly born. The transition from third to first and second diet (Internet) has been rather overwhelming: in the four main European countries 50 million people a year. In parallel, from 2003 to 2007 the young Italians who show the books as a favorite leisure activity grew by 10%: it seems that the different readings (electronic and paper) do not compete, but even encourage one another. There are two main consequences. First of all, a generation is coming up for which the monopoly of the media is becoming less relevant.
A new generation of critics.
growing group come and go, many times a day, from mobile to television to books, newspapers and computer. What do they care what Murdoch or Berlusconi "wants" that they want? Are not dependent on consumption of any medium, especially using the Internet with great agility, means that no monopolist can control. The second deserves psychological insights. The advanced part of young people appears to be a grassroots movement [grass-root, in American terminology] is not programmed, whose binding force is the collective unconscious. It reacts vigorously the rhythms more rushed and less detailed that the economic competition requires. While riding on the Internet, rejects the replacement of human relationships with virtual presence offered by technology. A push unconscious attempt to escape the techno-economic ride that gives anxiety: he wants to slow down and decompress. This is the under-studied aspect of the success of the festival: we submit to sacrifice too great not to follow the thread of abstract ideas, but to listen to an author in the flesh. If the viewer is not able to follow a conference, usually of little interest if it will be published on the Internet or a book. Asks: "When will speak next time? I will go there. " It is no coincidence that this group was born with a computer, has also ensured the success of the Moleskine and other objects on which to write back slowly and by hand. (Recently, a film depicting the Trappist monks, a monk slowly turned, raised in France million spectators, mostly young people).
is simplistic to classify these trends only as a counter-trends: the first being against, are in favor of human qualities that are in danger of giving up too soon. It also hastened to qualify for this generation what is missing and that certainly has not taken alone (CENSIS spoke, but realistically too fast for nihilism digital youth).
By Carlo Petrini, (now proposes that in addition to saving biodiversity rites and customs), our country has offered the world the Slow Food gift to the taste, health and the environment. It is no exaggeration to imagine that, after the gourmet, the unconscious is proposing an alternative media diet, we might call slow cultures: power of knowledge, based not only electronics but also on human relationship and biological rhythms in each direction, that the deep roots of the psyche have not forgotten.
